Touches of Ink – Boutique Blossoms bundle

Welcome to The Stamping Green! Today I am joining the Touches of Ink blog hop for the first time. You can also find us on Instagram! This team runs a blog hop once a month, to feature a bundle of our choice. I have chosen to feature the Boutique Blossoms bundle.

I usually prefer bright colours, but this bundle had me reaching for softer colours. The co-ordinating Bloom Boutique Designer Series Paper comes in all the lovely new In Colors just released this week.

The base of my card is Barely Blush, which I have stamped all over the front using a small floral stamp in the Barely Blush ink. Next a 5cm strip of Crisp Cantaloupe was adhered, 1cm from the left edge. A 4.5cm strip of the gorgeous specialty paper was adhered over this.

The large floral outline was stamped in Crisp Cantaloupe, then the in-fill was stamped off before being added. This method was repeated for the leaves, in Peaceful Pine ink. The leaves have been adhered to the card base, and the floral image adhered using Dimensionals.

The Thank You sentiment is from the co-ordinating Scalloped Blooms stamp set (all part of the Bloom Boutique Suite). It has been stamped in Crisp Cantaloupe, then die cut using a scalloped die from the same bundle. This same die cut was used to cut out a piece of Crisp Cantaloupe, which was cut in half lengthwise. This was adhered to the back of the sentiment piece so that it shows at both top and bottom. This piece was then adhere to the card using Dimensionals.

To finish the card, three tiny butterfly embellishments from the 2026-2028 In Color Butterflies were added.
