Today I’m joining in a fun blog hop, with a group of Australian Stampin’ Up! demonstrators, for the first time.
The challenge for this month was Rustic, set by Mandy.
My style is normally more brighter, structured cards so creating a ‘rustic’ card was quite a challenge for me. I used more subtle colours for the flowers than I would normally use. And I had fun colouring the pail to make it look rounded and shadowed.
The stamp set and dies are in a bundle called Country Flowers and the background uses paper from the Country Woods Designer Series pack. I think the papers are perfect for a rustic theme.
Now its time to hop around and see what everyone else has done.
Happy crafting
