It’s time for another Let’s Craft Together Blog Hop! This month, our challenge is to CASE (Copy And Selectively Edit) a card from page 58 of the Stampin’ Up! annual catalogue.
Here is our prompt.

I chose to CASE the card with the stacked cups.

I have turned the card from portrait to landscape. Instead of using Designer Series Paper for the base layer, I have stamped the ornaments images from the Pine Tree Trimming stamp set (an Online Exclusive set) in Real Red onto a layer of Real Red cardstock, giving a tone-on-tone effect.
I have inked the Merry Christmas stamp with Versamark, then covered with the gold embossing powder. I then heat-set this to give a lovely shine.

I used a die from the Festive Friends bundle to cut the stars from gold foil. The sentiment piece is layered onto Basic Black cardstock, over the stamped Real Red mat, then adhered to a Basic Black card base.
Inside, I have stamped a greeting from the Wishing you Joy stamp set in Versamark, covered with gold embossing powder and heat set.

I love the Merry Christmas stamp and it made making this card so easy.
