This month for the Ink & Inspiration Blog Hop, we have a colour challenge. This is actually a photo that I took while holidaying in South Korea in November last year! It was taken in the Suncheon Bay Garden and I took it because I loved the colours of the flower. So when I was asked if I would agree to it being a prompt for this blog hop, I was thrilled.
I’ve used the new stamp set, Dance with Me, which is one of the free Sale-a-bration items you can choose when you place an order over $100 AUD during Jan and Feb 2025.
I’ve used the Blackberry Bliss to colour his pants and her shoes, the Berry Burst for her lips and her belt, Fresh Freesia for her dress, Crushed Curry for the music notes, and Garden Green for his vest and shoes. I’ve also used these colours in the lights above the dancers. As you can see, I did get a little carried away with the music notes!
I have fussy cut the dancing image out and put it on Dimensionals to make it stand out more.
I’ve stamped the line of lights inside the card to continue the theme.
You can now click in the next link to continue through the blog hop and see what the other members of the group have done.
Happy crafting
