Series 4 Card Chain Swap – following Tracy’s card

Handmade card

Welcome to the tenth card in the fourth series of our Card Swap Chain.

A group of Australian Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators formed a team to create cards and swap them in a process like a chain letter. The first card in each sequence is an original idea. For this blog hop, it was time for Tracy to create a card and post it to the next in the list. Then that person CASEd (Copy And Selectively Edit) it and mailed her card to the next person on the list. This person then CASEd her card … and so on!

This has been a lot of fun and I loved being able to CASE the cards I was sent.

I was the eighth person in this chain.

Here is the card I received from Carolina:

Hand made card in orange and yellow. Top layer has been cut into six uneven pieces and the word's You're my Happy Place placed over the top

I have used some paper from the Floral Charm 12 x 12 DSP pack for my background. The rose die cut is from the Charming Day die set that is part of the same suite. I have added some Timid Tiger ink to the edges of the rose using a dauber. Three embellishments from the 2025-2027 In Color flat pearls were added for a touch of bling!

On the inside, I stamped an image from the stamp set in Memento Black and coloured it with Timid Tiger and Lost Lagoon Blends.
