November Fun/Fancy Fold blog hop – using Traditions of Christmas DSP

a handmade floating panel card

Blue banner with the words Fun/Fancy Folds Blog Hop

It’s time for another Fun/Fancy fold card blog hop! This time, I’ve showcased the gorgeous Traditions of Christmas DSP. I got the idea for this card after seeing a Facebook reel by Scrap with Steph – La Page. Her card was quite wide so I decided to adapt the measurements to create a narrower card that framed the main image when folded.

The sides push in to fold the card, ready for posting.

Here’s another view, from directly in front – the paper really makes this card shine! I didn’t need to add any embellishments with all that gold on the papers.

I added a small strip of the main DSP to the back of the card to tie it in. The sentiments on this card are both from the Wishing You Joy stamp set.

I really enjoyed creating this card so made a couple more.

The first was made using the Lovely Garden DSP (currently on the Last Chance list) with the stamped image from Mixed Florals (dies are on the Last Chance list)

And this one was made using the Turtle-y Cute bundle and DSP
