We fall in Colours
This month, the colours to use for our projects are Blackberry Bliss, Peaceful Pine and Hydrangea Hue. I had just ordered the cute Joyful Friends stamp set, a Christmas stamp set full of Australian animals so decided I could use the Peaceful Pine for the gum leaves, and the Blackberry Bliss for the flowers and the bow on the gift. That left the Hydrangea Hue for the embossed background, and the gift. I coloured the koala using Gray Granite Blends.
The sentiment is from the same stamp set, and has been stamped using Blackberry Bliss ink, and matted on Blackberry Bliss cardstock. The Paradise Garden hybrid embossing folder (currently on the Last Chance list) was used for the background mat.
The gum leaves in the wreath have had Wink of Stella added to give them some shine. Plus three embellishments from the Sunset Sparkle Sequins pack were added for some extra bling.

Inside, a wombat holding a candy cane was stamped in the bottom right corner. He was coloured with Smoky Slate, and the hat and candy cane with Light Blackberry Bliss Blends.

Next up in the hop is Tracy

A cute Christmas Card with a lovely Layout.
Greeting Petra from Germany
A koala (or wombat!? :D) at Christmas – I did not see that coming, Sharni! Peaceful Pine for the gum leaves is perfect. And the wombat with the candy cane inside made me laugh. Such a cute card!
Greetings, Janine
Thanks – I’m from Australia so of course this stamp set was first on my list to buy as soon as I saw it!
Your card is so cute with that little Koala!
Love it!
