We fall in Colours – July hop

Handmade card showing a beach theme, with yellow sand at the top and a white and lime green beach umbrella top, and blue waves with white foam at the shore

Thanks for visiting my post for this month’s We fall in Colours blog hop. This month, the colours we can use are Lemon Lime Twist, Misty Moonlight and Daffodil Delight.

I have used the Rolling Waves bundle to create my card. To give the card a more textured look, I have stamped the Daffodil Delight cardstock with the sand stamp, using Daffodil Delight ink. I have used Misty Moonlight two-tone cardstock and crumpled it before flattening again.

To break up the starkness of the lower wave die cut, I have used Misty Moonlight ink with a Blending Brush.

To incorporate the Lemon Lime Twist, I used it in the stripes of the beach umbrella die – very easy to use – then pop it up on Dimensionals.

Next up is Tatjana.
