Series 4 Card Chain Swap – following Ros’s card

Handmade baby card, with three onesies - pink, purple then pink

Colourful banner with the words Card Swap Chain and a linked chain under the words

Welcome to the seventh card in the fourth series of our Card Swap Chain.

A group of Australian Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators formed a team to create cards and swap them in a process like a chain letter. The first card in each sequence is an original idea. For this blog hop, it was time for Ros to create a card and post it to the next in the list. Then that person CASEd (Copy And Selectively Edit) it and mailed her card to the next person on the list. This person then CASEd her card … and so on!

This has been a lot of fun and I loved being able to CASE the cards I was sent.

I was the second person in this chain, receiving the following card to CASE from Ros. I love how she has used the images from the Turtle-y Cute Designer Series Paper (DSP) on her card.

I have used paper from the Floral Impressions DSP instead of an embossed panel at the bottom of my card. The Cutest Onesie bundle was used for my focal images, stamping the onesie image on Bubble Bath and Highland Heather cardstock before die cutting them. I stamped the cloud image stamp in Bubble Bath ink on Basic White for the top section of my card.

The Basic White circles behind my images were cut using the versatile Stylish Shapes dies – my favourites!

For the inside, I diecut a cute rattle from Bubble Bath, and added an extra mat of Bubble Bath under my white mat.
