Welcome to our Product Of The Month (POM) blog hop. Every month Stampin’ Up! release an exclusive product. To get your hands on the product, all you need to do is place an order above $125 AUD then you can add the Product Of The Month to your order for only $9 AUD. The product changes each month – it may be a stamp set, embellishments, ribbon, dies or any other paper crafting product. No matter what it is, paying $9 is a bargain!

This month, Stampin’ Up! have released the Wild Bunch stamp set as their Product of the Month.

Images of the various stamps in the Wild Bunch stamp set, including a koala, snail, cow and penguin

Living in Australia, of course I had to use the koala! I have coloured it in using Gray Granite Blends, with the light Basic Black Blend for the nose. Then it was time to fussy cut the image out. The leaves have been stamped in Peaceful Pine and also fussy cut. The leaves were then adhered to a white circle which had been die cut using the Stylish Shapes die set. Then the koala image was adhered using mini Dimensionals. This was then adhered to a Peaceful Pine circle, cut using a die from the Spotlight on Nature die set.

The background mat for my card was made by using a piece of paper from the Beautiful Ordinary Life 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper (DSP) pack. To create this effect, you will need to partially colour the leaves at the base of each leaf using Peaceful Pine Blends.

The Thank you for all you do sentiment was masked to allow only the Thank you to be stamped in black. This was then die cut using a banner die from the Stylish shapes die set. Die cut another banner from Peaceful Pine cardstock, cut in half lengthwise and adhere behind so that only the top and bottom have edges showing.

On the inside, stamp the leaves in the top right corner in Peaceful Pine. Stamp the checkered image in Peaceful Pine across the bottom of the mat.

This is such a fun stamp set so I’m looking forward to seeing what the rest of the blog hop team have done. Click on through the links below to see!
