February Ink & Inspiration Blog Hop – Sketch Challenge

Thanks for joining me for the February Ink & Inspiration blog hop. This month we have a sketch challenge.

I have used the Paradise Garden bundle, which means I’m giving you a sneak peek of a new Online Exclusive coming out next month. This bundle is a hybrid bundle, which means you get a stamp set, dies and an embossing folder that all work together. I haven’t used the hydrid die with the embossing folder for my card.

The flowers have been stamped in Petunia Pop, one of the 2024-2026 In Colors that will soon be retiring. The leaves are also in a retiring In Color – Summer Splash.

I have used a mat of Summer Splash on a card base of Petunia Pop, to keep a colour theme for my card. For the two strips, I have used vellum and Berry Burst. The white mat has been embossed with the embossing folder from the bundle. I had planned to use a greeting from the bundle but it ended up too large so have used one from the Simply Said stamp set.

Close up of a white, pink and green card featuring three flowers.

Happy crafting,

  1. I love how you used the vellum strips—they really soften the design while keeping it bright. It’s great to see how you’re incorporating retiring In Colors like Petunia Pop and Summer Splash, too. I’m excited to see more from the Paradise Garden bundle soon!
