Faux shutter card

Faux shutter card using Christmas papers

I had seen a few of this type of card, called a Faux Shutter card, or a Fractured card, on Pinterest, so decided to give it a try. I had a shoebox swap with my team on the weekend so thought it would be a good card to create.

I used a sheet from the Joy of Christmas Designer Series Paper, on Real Red cardstock. The stamped and die-cut image is from the Merriest Trees bundle, with three rhinestones for lights and a gem from the Tinsels gems 4 pack for the star.
